The condo has views to the West, North and East.

The West view, below, includes watching people walking
on the beach and swimming in the Gulf.
One can see the Pelicans diving for fish and see sailboats,
canoes and other watercraft on the Bay and Gulf.
Occasionally, Mother Nature provides the "Green Flash"
and/or a colorful rainbow.
The view is always magnificent.

kitchen below is renovated with a smooth-top stove and new
appliances in Bisque shade.
There is Corian counters and molded sink.
A mirror has been added to the left wall to bring in the
magnificent view.
The kitchen has 17" diagonal tile. A Verosol roll down
shade allows control of the sun.
You can see people walking on the beach from the kitchen
and also living dining areas.
The
kitchen has a pass through to the dining area.
When entertaining, a Verosol shade can be lowered to shut
off the view of the kitchen.
The kitchen eating area is used as an office. The desk is
NOT attached to the wall
and will be removed at closing.

bar off the dining area is custom designed and features
a black Granite counter top,
wood cabinets and mirrored shelving; a perfect area to
add color and design.
The pass-through has a Verosol shade to close off kitchen.
The
entrance to the condo is enhanced with the mirror on the
left which holds the washer and dryer.
There's louvered doors to hide the kitchen when entertaining.
The walls and doors are Faux painted by O'Guin Decorative
Arts.
